My Mission

As a Holistic Health Coach and Nutrition Counselor, I help  women 40 and over take control of their health as they journey through the second half of their life. I guide and support them in making better diet and lifestyle choices, one step at a time, that lead to increased energy, weight control, less stress, improved sleep and fewer effects of chronic health conditions, so that they enjoy both vibrant wellness and a sense of self-empowerment.

Aging doesn’t have to mean deterioration. And dealing with a chronic health issue doesn’t have to mean feeling like a victim.
